Safety Concerns surrounding B737 Max-8

Concerns about safety of the B737 Max-8 have surfaced after Ethiopian Airlines 737 Max-8 crashed a few days ago possibly relating to Lion Air's crash last October. A few European and other countries have barred the 737 Max-8 from flying. Interestingly enough the FAA has not issued a stop to flying this particular type. American Airlines and Southwest are two US natives that are flying the MAX. Even Trump voiced his opinion via Twitter: Airplanes are becoming far too complex to fly. Pilots are no longer needed, but rather computer scientists from MIT. I see it all the time in many products.
